For teachers and homeschool parents
Classroom Kit
The lesson videos teach your students. The Classroom Kit helps you run them as a real unit: plan the period, assign the field task, check understanding, and grade the work.

Watch Lesson 1.0 on YouTube alongside it.
What's in a kit
Every lesson's kit follows the same structure:
- Lesson plan (for you): objectives, a timed run of show with pause points in the video, discussion prompts, common misconceptions, and what to do when things go sideways.
- Field task handout (for students): the homework that builds the project's dataset.
- Quiz (for students): short concept checks that ask students to explain their reasoning, not only to compute.
- Answer guide (for you): answers with reasoning, common wrong answers, and what partial credit looks like.
Getting the full Project 1 kit
We are building the kit lesson by lesson and releasing each part when it's ready. You can get it in two ways:
- Join our Patreon. The Classroom Kit is a benefit for our supporters, whose backing keeps the lessons free for every student and teacher.
- Buy it on Teachers Pay Teachers (link coming soon).
The lesson videos, and every dataset you need to follow along, are free for everyone either way. See Teachers and Homeschoolers for how to run a project as a unit.
